        Islington Properties / London Block Management. Whatever they call themselves, they're a disgusting excuse for a business! You wont realise how poor they are until you've moved to a new managing agent. You have to beg for repairs to be actioned, they take an eternity to reply to emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

        Almost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it. An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done. Completely unprofessional company that is basically stealing our money, as they charge quite a lot for maintenance. Laughable.

        I am the owner of a property that Islington Properties manages. They are slow to respond and push back any responsibility. They are often brisk in responses to the point of rude. I would not recommend them at all.
