The station staff escorted me out of the station because I wanted to take my bike onto a National Rail train - its clear on TFL website that one could take their bike on overground services during off peak hour, and I was there at 11pm. I had to go to the next station and as a result - missed my train. Please, either include this info on your website or educate your staff.
