Lack of communication, timelines not kept. After a minor accident I have contacted BPR for a repair and bodywork. They arrived withing hours to check and that was the last timeline they stuck to. Took them several days to provide a quote to the insurer's email (mentioned they quoted Audatex on Tuesday and sent email on Wednesday, I was forwarded and email with timestamp from Sunday 5 days later and when asked for proof of previous email I was told they can't send it to me), afterwards the insurer found the quote is missing some details, to which BPR mentioned they will rectify it straight away. Another day passed, sevral chaser calls and nothing arrived. Usually not picking up the phone and not sticking to times they promised over the phone. Essentially, cost me almost 2 weeks without a car. I am sure their work is amazing (judging from the photos), but I would warn to stay away when going via claim as they do lack experience dealing with insurers.

I called around 4pm asking if they could provide mobile service and check my car. I was told they would come after 6pm after closing the workshop. I called again at 6 and was told that I'd have to wait another hour. Called back at 7pm to get an update and the guy said he's on the way and will be with me around 7:15pm. Called him at 7:20 and he asked me the address again even though I had messaged him couple of hours ago. He said he had gone to the wrong address by mistake and would take another 25 minutes to get to me. I called again around 8pm to check the arrival time and was told 5-10 minutes. I called back at 8:20 but the guy did not answer. I called many times after that but he did not answer the phone. At this point I had waited about 4 hours in my car just so they can come and diagnose the issue. I kept trying until 8:50 but no answer. Called back next morning to check if everything was Ok? Because I though he might have been in an accident or an other accentuating circumstances but the completely denied promising me that he was coming to have a look. He acted like I had not even called them. Extremely poor service, like he was pulling a prank. Would never use call back again.
