Got a booking here on Christmas Day with a pre-set meal: one starter, two mains, and a dessert. We were one of the first people in that day and you could tell that the staff were still trying to get it together, but by the main course they were more on track. If I hadn't known I'll give them the benefit of the doubt it was Christmas Day and there were fewer service staff proportional to the amount of guests they had. Luckily, I was the one who made the reservation, made the deposit, and paid the bill because I noticed my deposit wasn't taken off the total but the host quickly fixed it. Ending on a high note: the wild boar lasagna was absolutely divine, never had anything like it. Their Christmas Magic cocktail was delicious, and as a bartender myself I'm still trying to copy that recipe.

We had a lovely meal with children and grandparents on Christmas Eve. Very good food for old and young, excellent service from all the team. Would definitely recommend.

This is our go to Italian in Islington. Their pizzas and aubergine parmigiana are particularly good. Of course zucchini fritti makes everyone happy. And it's very dog friendly! Highly highly recommend.
