12 of us from work met for christmas lunch @ 1pm , we were put in the conservatory of the restaurant, which had no heating and was freezing cold, asked to be moved or if they had heaters , to which attitude came with NO, we sat for the entire lunch in our coats!!, @14.10 finally took our food order only to be told what we requested was not available on about 5 different meal selections, the restaurant was not busy, one colleague asked for his meal to be spicy, they brought a chilli on a plate !, whilst we had eaten out meals one colleague had just received hers after we had all eaten, because they forgot!! this is not acceptable and the service was disgusting to be treated in this way, and then apparently you have taken BLC off over Christmas!, so not only did we sit freezing cold we were insulted by no discount of any kind by the restaurant, I or my colleagues have never been treated like this ever, the staff had PURE attitude and couldn't careless, having 12 Nurses in their restaurant seeing this was upsetting. This restaurant have changed management and staff as we have been to this restaurant on several occasions and have never been treated so badly like this.The food was not to high standards, being served luke warm . I will be taking this matter higher.

We haven't been out in along time and where unsure about going out but when we arrived at prezzo the welcome we had was brilliant nice and calm asked us about if we had booked or not which we had booked earlier we where seated at a great table Ross our waiter for the night was outstanding he is a credit to prezzo he made our night very special as a father he made us so comfortable to my wife and my three children we all agreed that Ross was so good at his job and funny so thank you to Ross at torquay restaurant I do hope that higher management reads this comment

Just ate at the Prezzo on Clacton-on-Sea sea front , the service was amazing and really quick as we had a cinema date. Special thanks to Charlotte our waitress and Claire the manager who were amazing , friendly and the food was pretty good too . Well done girls
