        Had a series 8 shower quadrant from Merlin installed 5 years ago. Called their service team to purchase new seals which were looking a bit worn. They are sending me a set out free of charge as this was my first order with them for parts. WOW!!! these guys have given me hope. with all the poor service around at the moment these guys are amazing. Quick, friendly and helpful. Thank you. Service: Bathroom design

        What a fantastic company to deal with. We purchased a Merlyn Arysto shower and tray, which looks stunning in our refurbished bathroom. We contacted Merlyn directly with a question about fitting and were immediately able to speak with the technical department, who quickly answered our queries. The door trim was cut a little short by our plumber and we contacted Merlyn again to order this part directly from them. They were kind enough to just send this part quickly and free of charge, which was such a bonus. What great customer service. Id absolutely buy with confidence from them again and absolutely love the shower.
