        F45 training was on my bucket list for the year and it did not disappoint! The staff were absolutely amazing especially Sam, Ben, Heather! They were very motivational throughout and made me feel at ease as F45 was very new to me! I definitely recommend the Islington branch to anyone thinking of going!

        This was my first time trying out F45 and I loved every minute of it. Although it is challenging, the staff are lovely. Special shoutout to Sam, Ben and Heather for being so welcoming and friendly in all the classes. I definitely recommend visiting F45 Islington

        F45 has been workout that has helped me strength and cardio. But the big differentiator for F45 has been the functional movement that has made me more flexible and left my body feeling good after. Also the staff and the community are top notch.
