        New member of the management team (possibly a manager even?) is BULLYING people. Her behaviour is terrible and she actively seeks confrontation. Starts HARASSING people 30 minutes before closing and kicks everyone out 10 minutes EARLY. I've cancelled my membership, after a long time of using the gym and puregym in general.

        I think the gym is great, I go every other day off peak and have done since September. The showers though are full of hair and really grimy. After a few experiences I will not shower and often have to sink wash. The 2 bikes by the entrance seem to always be out of battery so you cant track your workout. These have not been looked out for months. Please sort this out and we would have an amazing gym.
