This is an outstanding organisation that delivers fabulous service. All that could could have gone wrong didn't. their approach was very detailed and included all aspects right down to making recomendations for orders of service and flowers. The orders of service by Charlies Prints were outstanding, Celebrant James Duke was also outstanding. Flowers by Donna next door to Millers - outstanding. Those on a budget should not be put off - Millers are very reasonable. Just brilliant old school customer service.

Came here after reading all the lovely reviews, I came here to arrange my family member's funeral, from start to finish I was heard in what I wanted, felt listened to and felt like they took all the stress of arranging a funeral off me, couldn't thank you enough W G Miller would recommend this funeral directors to anyone lovely staff, helpful and very professional thanks agian guys

We used WG Miller and we received a fantastic service. They were caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. If you are reading this then I know what a tough time this is for you. Millers can take some of the strain for you, they knew what we had to do regarding death certificates, flowers, places to hold a wake, eulogies etc. A funeral will always be a tough day, they made it go as well as it could. From the staff in the Office, to the guys who carried the coffin to the drivers who took us there and kindly dropped us off at a venue after. Top class service. I will give a special mention to "Andrew" who Millers recommended. He spoke at my mum's funeral and had such energy and compassion that he impacted us all. Everyone who was there spoke highly of him. I will finish by saying that whoever is reading this, better days will come for you. Take it a day at a time and I wish you well.
