Absolutely horrendous customer service, especially by the guy with the low voice. Need to learn how to talk to customers

Morleys is a great chicken shop but it seems they are run independently and Im not talking about simply franchising, the standards are very difficult across the branches. Holloway is the worst Ive come across, Edmonton is the best Ive experienced. In Edmonton the presentation is better, burger in separate container, the burger is piping hot and fresh. This is a stark contrast to Holloway where everything is bunged together, Ive never had a tasty meal from Holloway but this doesnt represent Morleys on a wider scale. Im only going out of my way to write this because Ive been let down 3 times now by Holloway Road Morleys. If youve tasted the food from Morleys in Edmonton you would completely understand why Im so disappointed. The food from Edmonton is delicious! To the Holloway staff, call the Edmonton branch and get some training. Standards need significant improvement.
