        The 2 guys who helped us to move were perfect - very calm, relaxed, quiet and unbelievably quick. The set price for the whole job (no matter how long) was good. And I especially appreciated that I didn't have to list every single item, which I found a bit ridiculous and unnecessary in other companies I had contacted. They were extremely straightforward and simple to book for the job - refreshing! The only fault was that we were charged for congestion, which is fine in itself - but I had asked 2 or 3 times on the phone whether the price they had quoted was totally inclusive of everything, with absolutely no extra charges. Other than that, fantastic!
