My partner who is a regular customer in the upper street Sainsbury's local branch was just given the stink eye and his entrance was obstructed by a new member of staff who looked at him as if he was a shoplifter just because he had his hoodie up ( it was raining slightly). She then followed him around and watched his purchases. He was made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I am disgusted by her behaviour and especially as it was evidently based on appearance and nothingelse. Avoid this place if you're not dressed in business attire!

Great service in this store today and to be honest I am really impressed with how this store is being run. It stands out when people care and the lady that seems to be in a supervisory role is great, Im not sure if her name. The other staff are also really kind and polite and always pleasant to deal with from my experience. I started using the store last October and its been well stocked and clean each time Ive been. And most importantly staff seem to care. Great job all and keep it up x
