I came for a free spinal health check and booked your Screening Offer New Patient appointment on Mon 6 Feb then came back the following day for your ROF + Adj then you talked at me for 25 minutes hit me on my bad shoulder when you ran to answer the door to your next client who you greeted whilst telling me farewell and no adjust was performed on me at all. Started working with Brian a few months ago due to uneven shoulders and back pain. I was a bit sceptical to begin with because his business model is centered around his IPAD and digital diagnosis. The adjustments last less that 5 mins and Brian mostly talks throughout which is a positive. My neck, back and hips were adjusted every week. This never changed. I would've like something done with my arms and legs as I discussed issues with them in the assessment but didn't bring it up during my sessions as I felt instant relief after each session. At the beginning I was having twice weekly adjustments, then weekly for quite some time. After about 12 sessions I asked about my reassessment and progress pictures so then he booked me in. The first attempt didn't happen because he said he wouldn't do it due to me being ill, adjustment still went ahead. I found this odd. Then I asked for another so it was booked in. On that appointments he forgot so tried to move on to the assessment. Coincidentally his ipad was not charged. Weird that this was the case given the fact his business is centered around this technology. I still had to pay for the appointment. So he booked me in for a month from then for the assessment. I left this appointment feeling disappointed and felt this was a tactic to get more appointments from me. I didn't show up for that appointment due to loss of confidence and dusbt want to be paying for another appointment that didn't happen ie assessment and project pictures. Each appointment was 50 for less that 5 mins. Over about 12 sessions thats quite a chunk of money with no progress pictures at the end.

I came across Brian's practice through a referral. I have had back and neck problems which caused pain for many years. I have tried everything from Physio, Pain Clinics, Acupuncture and eventually ended up with the conclusion that only long term intake of painkillers was the only solution that could ease the pain. I have now done only 10 sessions and I can already feel the difference. The pain is much less and I take less painkillers. Brian is a very friendly and professional chiropractor who took the time to listen to my health complaints during his consultation and has adjusted his sessions to my needs. I would highly recommend anyone to have a consultation and treatment.

Started working with Brian a few months ago after experiencing lower back pain , sciatica and stiffness . Brian offered me a free assessment which identified problems and I bought a pack of sessions at a very good price . Brian is extremely knowledgable and has a really reassuring manner which made me feel instantly at ease , and always explains why hes doing what he does so I had a good understanding of how he was treating me . Since I started the sessions my back pain is much reduced , the sciatica is a lot better too and my overall lower back mobility is much improved and Brian was able to show me the improvement on a series of graphs he did before and after . I would happily recommend Brian , hes a great therapist and the very friendly person too , Even though Chiropractic treatment generally isnt something that we all relish , Brian makes it pleasant and fun and gets results
