I actually learned more than expected in my first few days. I was welcomed by the team and really got familiar with the campaign and client. The challenging part I would say its the discipline you have to put in the training. The company provides all the tools and training, you just have to be the one motivated. By the end of the week I was already comfortable.

I started recently and Im pleasantly surprised. The company seems to have adapted. They have a brand new system of induction and initial training which I found engaging and very organised. Were pretty lucky not to be very affected by the lockdown.
