        I have had very good experiences with Balfes on the shop floor buying a bike and the workshop when getting upgrades fitted in the different branches being in Essex Road, Waterloo the cut & Mare Street Hackney. Overall good experience and I recommend them.

        Very professional and quick service. Actually went as a drop in on my way to work this morning and got the problem fixed on the spot. I believe for bigger repairs it's best to book an appointment though. My work mate had his bike serviced here recently as well and was equally pleased.
