Booked 3 sessions here for 600, then after the first was told by my Dr not to continue for health reasons. The clinic agreed (after a very unclear unprofessional phone call) to give a 350 refund for the unused sessions that would arrive in 3 weeks. It's been a month, still nothing. They won't answer my messages or pick up the phone. Very unprofessional customer service. If you want to try this place, never pay in advance for sessions, you will not get your money back if something goes wrong.

So happy with my facial - I suffer with bad breakouts and scarring so I originally booked in for a Microdermabrasion facial but Natalia advised me that a Dermaquest Resurfacer would be better suited for me and my concerns and I'm so happy with the results, my skin has never looked better! Could recommend Natalia and the clinic enough, amazing service and incredible results. Thank you :)

I booked my first laser hair removal appointment back in April 2021. It looked quite expensive but I wanted to be sure I will be in good hands. I was then patiently waiting for results. Keeping in mind I have fair skin and dark hair, (which according to my research usually has the best success) 3 or 4 sessions later, there was no change at all, even in the hair growth that the lady told me should be affected. Hundreds of pounds later, disappointed, I eventually changed to a different (and much cheaper!!) laser treatment place in Brent Cross and tried out the same treatment on a different place on my skin (with same hair texture and density) to see if it would work at first. My hair has changed after the 1st treatment!! I couldn't believe it and now I am starting to think I was getting scammed by paying a lot of money and getting small doses of laser wavelength (therefore, needing more sessions). And last but not least, I also paid a fortune for thread veins treatment around my nose area. The treatment lasted around 4-7 min and felt very rushed (considering its my face, more care should be taken). It has left me quite a noticeable scar!!! I am so upset! It's been months and the scar is still present. I feel very self conscious, and very annoyed since no risk of scars was discussed with me prior to treatment, especially permanent ones!!
