Not the best experience. I asked/booked in for a full set and I was expecting a full set. Emma told me upon arrival that she didnt have time for a full set? Why book me in for something you wont have time to complete? Also made the whole thing feel extremely rushed and uncomfortable. Seemed to criticise my lashes/previous lash extensions more than anything. Really disappointed probably wont return. Just wasnt as relaxing and nice experience as Ive had with other lash appointments.

I am not new to eyelash extensions, I know what I like and what fits me. I booked for "Full volume" and on arrival was told "No, I don't don't do this. I will do this instead". I said that usually I have 8-11mm, and the following answer was "No. I will do 7-10". I understand that longer lashes can be more damaging, but I had eyelashes before for extended periods of time, and never had problems. I repeated the request, and thought it was understood, but unfortunately, as I saw after - no. Job felt rushed - 50 minutes. My new "full set" looks like I have had this for good 2 weeks and need infils already. Some of the new lashes are added to mid of my lash and it looks like it will fall of very soon. I was told, the eyelashes will last for 4 weeks. I am writing this review 5 days after the appointment, and my eyelashes already has gaps, and I need to book new appointment to fix this. Not the worst experience I ever had, but worst quality for sure.
