        Worst bank Ive been in. Only one cashier available was queuing for 30mins plus just to bank a cheque - avoid this branch at cost!!!

        Fewer coffee tables and more cashiers please, Natwest. What a waste of space. You must hate your customers. Why else would anyone make the effort to go to a physical bank other than use the cashier? The queue for the girl clutching an ipad selling mortgages is always less than the one for the cashier, so have more of them!
