Frosts Cars - Shoreham-by-Sea

I got my first ever car from Frosts (Big Bow on arrival!) and just purchased my second car from them. I would highly recommend to any of my friends. The team are friendly and were excellent in providing advice for a new driver on the different cars available.

Really pleased with purchase of Renault Kadjar Dino was extremely helpful with everything as this was my first experience of purchasing a vehicle online. Plus helped sort out the problem with the heated rear window that was only partly working

Firstly, I'm not a person who would usually write a review. However, after purchasing a vehicle from Frosts Cars , Shoreham, I felt compelled to do so. I needed to purchase a vehicle quickly, and being someone who isn't knowledgeable about cars, I was apprehensive about walking into a car dealer showroom , blind , and essentially putting all my trust, and a considerable sum of money into someone's hands whom I'd never met. I chose Frosts after a quick search online and decided to start there. Martin greeted me as I walked in and immediately put me at ease . He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. I had a budget and a few boxes that needed to be ticked. Martin was attentive and clearly understood what I was looking for. He provided some recommendations based on my requirements after asking the right questions. I expected to go to at least 3 other car dealers before considering the options and making a choice. I ended up making a decision to purchase a vehicle from Frosts within the hour. The entire experience exceeded all expectations. I am extremely happy with the car, and Martin and the team made the entire experience a happy and easy one from start to finish. I would highly recommend Frosts to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I will. Finally, Martin went the extra mile and called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with everything, which was unexpected and a nice touch. Knowledgeable, friendly , attentive, and genuine. A shout to Dino also. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
