Josie Wall Sports Massage

As a therapist myself I am very particular about who I let work on me. From day one, Josie has targeted every issue I have had and relieved the pain in that area. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I'm thrilled I found her, I just can't wait for lock down to be over to return to my much needed treatments.

Having taken up running for the first time at the age of 54, I have struggled with a string of minor injuries. Discovering Josie has been key in helping me to increase my running challenges, getting me through the Brighton marathon this year and now supporting me through the training to run the Coast to Caost path next year. She has an incredible ability to get to the root of the problem & suggest stretches to prevent any recurrence.

All I can say is wow, Josie has changed my life, I have been to so many different people & nothing ever helped until now. I have back issues, I run so different feet issues, legs etc. Josie is amazing, not only is she just lovely & makes you feel so at ease but she totally knows her stuff, when she talks about the muscles, she does so with such passion, it's so lovely listening to her explain it all. I have recommended so many people who are just as impressed as I am x. Also she has a system where you can book online so it's super easy Def def recommend xxxxxx

After suffering for two years of hip pain and more recently lower back pain and shoulder pain, a visit to Josie was recommended by my partner. Josie is very friendly and empathic towards her clients and explains every stage of the sports massage. I am an anxiety sufferer and Josie has been very understanding of this. I had not had a sports massage before and now I have no shoulder pain or hip pain after three sessions. The back pain is still there intermittently but much much improved. I would not hesitate to recommend as I am much more comfortable now. I just wish Id known about her sooner!

The first time l met Josie she sorted out my persistent sore back where previous therapists had failed. Since then I continue to have regular deep tissue massages by Josie to counter an ongoing condition. These greatly help me in my daily life.
