Ive had Fibromyalgia and associated problems for lots of years now and over the years I've had lots of different physical therapies some have helped me manage better and some have not helped much at all. When I moved to Cockermouth I had to seek out a new therapist and was advised by a local chiropractor to try Debbie. Debbie introduced me to the Hendrickson method and my first thoughts were that it didn't seem to do much, but boy oh boy was I wrong, my body started to loosen up and behave so much better than it ever had done. I would seriously recommend this therapy for anyone with ongoing chronic pain issues, it's very gentle but also very effective and really helped to get my body moving better again. Thanks Debbie x

I had to defer my marathon place form last year due to injury. So this year I was determined to complete the race. Once again as I started doing those longer runs, I began to experience all sorts of aches and pains. I managed to get an appointment with Debbie, and for the weeks running up to the marathon, went to see her. She has such a kind and warm aura, and would not only give me treatment at my appointment, but would also email me ideas for exercise to do between sessions. In the last week my shins were so bad I couldnt really do any of those last minute miles. However, on the day before the race, Debbie did her magic and I was on the starting line on Sunday 15th April. I was thrilled to complete the course and know this was only possible with Debbies support. I really couldnt have done it without her. After the event, with sore and tired legs and feet, she once again helped me with my recovery. Amazing, Thanks Debbie; a bit of my marathon medal belongs to you!

Debbie is a miracle worker ... well maybe not miracle but she's very very good. There is very rarely a 'cure' for long-term injuries or damage, but effective and knowledgeable treatment like Debbie provides, can definately allieviate and improve it. I have a partially severed achilles and therefore have wonky leg/hip flexibility etcetc. After a few treatments, I feel much more balanced and have less pain in my knee and ankle. Well done Debbie

My legs were aching badly following a broken bone in my foot and having to use cructhes for 4 weeks that aggravated my muscle disease. Debbie used the hendrickson method and it felt really good. I had the best nights sleep for weeks that night and my legs felt really good the next day - magic! looking forward to next weeks treatment. Tessa
