Cohens Chemist

The attitude of the main chemist there is disgusting. This man's customer skills and his rudeness is second to none. To the pint where I will now be having my medication sent somewhere else. I went for my medicine and he said wait outside.(after freedom day) I was waiting 10 minutes so went back inside and said is it ready. He said yes it's there it's been there 5 minutes. Cod he not have let me know. The man is so so rude and arrogant it is untrue.

Most the staff are lovely except the main chemist. Don't know why he thinks he can question people and make people feel awkward and uncomfortable. Never had issues with any of the other staff they are all great but he needs to learn a bit of customer service, it's his tone and attitude.

Have used Cohens Firsway for several years, always cheerful and efficient. Even when busy Hardeep will take time out to offer helpful advice. Excellent service all round.
