Took my daughter for her fixed brace fitting today. She was very nervous before and during but it was helped by Leanne. After a short wait, Leanne gave a warm welcome, picked up on the nervousness and put my daughter at ease. Every step was explained before and during the appointment. The approach and advice was exactly what anyone would hope for. A very positive experience. Big thanks to Leanne and her colleague!

Thank you .I have emailed you with my details. However it is important to make clear my daughter's appt was never with your clinician who you say unfortunately became ill at short notice. Originally my daughter's appt was at your Liverpool practice. A member of your staff rang me several weeks ago to change it to Aintree with Dr Khurana. We obliged. When we arrived at Aintree, your reception staff said there was no appt on their system at all for my daughter. I also double checked at the Liverpool practice and that was also the case. We have been very patient all along.

I had an awful experience with this Orthodontics Practice. Paying 4k for my braces was a waste of money and left me with unaligned teeth and an awful experience. It was a nightmare booking appointments as the reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I had a problem with my braces (brackets falling, elastics snapping causing pain and discomfort when speaking or eating, ) they would say that they are extremely busy and no appointments were available. At one time, one reception member of staff told me to get nail clippers and cut the wire myself at home. How is that safe? How is that value for money? I have paid 4k for my braces for them to tell me to buy nail clippers? I have been messed about. I never had the same doctor when fitting/re-fitting my braces. I had different opinions from the doctors. One time, one of the doctors fitted an elastic at the back of my mouth adding pressure on the wisdom tooth causing an infection and an inflamed area which looked like a pea sized spot. When calling the reception, the staff told me to rinse my mouth with warm water and salt as they cannot do anything about this. I went to my local dentist and they have put me on 2 different antibiotics for 10 days as it was a horrible infection affecting my day to day activities as I could not eat anything because of the pain. On the following appointment at the Orthodontics Practice, after explaining what has happened, one of the orthodontic doctors told me that I needed surgery to remove my wisdom tooth and I should go back to my country to remove it because I would need to be put to sleep in the UK. After panicking from hearing his advice, I went to a private orthodontics clinic in Liverpool and after further investigations as well as multiple X-Rays and 3D scans, the doctor told me that it will be very dangerous for me to remove the wisdom tooth as I can be left paralysed. Also, he advised I should leave the tooth and not remove it.He has said that the original orthodontic doctor should have not put the pressure on the wisdom tooth and paid more attention to the X-Ray scans. Overall, I do not recommend this practice. Please find a different practice that take care of your teeth/health and also treat you right. Paying so much money for wanting to have healthy teeth and a nice smile and what I got instead was an experience that I dont wish anyone would have.

Thank you to this slick, supportive practise for the now perfect sets of teeth of two family members. The cosmetic changes brought about by several years of painstaking work are astounding, we could not be happier with the results. We are hugely grateful to the staff, from the helpful receptionists, skilled technicians to the expert orthodontists for their hard work. The practise feels modern and efficient. This has been a long process but the gift of great looking teeth is without doubt life enhancing.

Turret Orthodontist were great, they had a very nervous patient having her braces fitted (my daughter) seen to quickly, very professional, talked to my daughter and reassured her, fantastic service. They are new to the office so I couldn't find them on google maps but they are in between Cafe Nero and Hays Travel, opposite Barclays.
