On two occasions now I have said I was coming to collect an item seen on Facebook. On both occasions I've offered to pay a deposit for the item...on both occasions they have then sold the item whilst I've been on my way to collect...they feel sorry is good enough when it has happened twice. Either there is no communication, or they say they "forgot" I was coming....not really good service at all.
