Recently completed on a property I sold on Shoreham Beach via Jacobs Steele. I was essentially the last in a very long chain which went on for over a year ! Initially Mat gave me a realistic valuation rather than one Id received from a different agent that was artificially hiked up which that had led to quite a lot of wasted crucial summer months selling time. We accepted an offer but to keep it brief it dragged on and on due to solicitors further down the chain being completely incompetent. Dom took over all sales negotiations and truly went above and beyond his normal duties to keep me updated , sometimes hourly. He kept the sale buoyant not only for me but for others lower in the chain that had the misfortune of using poor agents and solicitors. It went to the line , literally the day and thanks to Dom, Mat and the team we exchanged and completed in this dropping market with out any further negotiations. Id certainly recommend them. Jon EB

From the initial meeting with Matt at giving our property a valuation, we felt Jacob Steel would be the right choice and so glad we went with them! The service from Matt, Dom, Jake and Sharon was fantastic throughout. Dom is fantastic agent throughout showing us properties and selling our home, didnt shy from conversations and was confident in giving his views. Whenever weve had to call JS Shoreham branch, theyve been professional throughout and came through with agreed actions. We ended up buying a property from JS Findon branch, again great service through the buying process from Dan. Highly recommend Jacob Steel, definitely will use them again. Also they have a great dashboard tool! Thank you for the great service, youve made it less stressful especially as we had a newborn near the exchange and completion date.
