Excellent responsiveness to urgent situation and attention to detail in resolution. Storm had ripped lead and felt from flat roof during weekend storm - left an enquiry message on Sunday via email and received a phone call 8:00 a.m. Monday. The team arrived less than an hour later assessed what was needed and did a great job in fixing the damage, and also addressed a number of points that could have otherwise become problems later.

I called these guys because I had a wet wall in my bathroom, it was very much an emergency because every time it rained it made the wall damp. They came the next day which was great it was very expensive but the fact they have 5 year guarantee put me at ease. They fixed the work in a day & i was happy until it rained the next day & it started dripping wet into my bathroom which was worse than before they "fixed" it!! It's still dripping wet now! To top it all off the boss phoned me talking at me and over me, wouldn't speak calmly or even let me speak. Awful service. He then told me he would call me back in 30mins to when they'd come out to fix it, I'm still waiting there clearly ignoring me. Please avoid these cowboys at all costs!!! UPDATE: 25th December & now on Christmas day there's mould starting to form in the bathroom wet wall that was supposed to be fixed, still waiting for these to come back & fix it! Absolutely fuming!! Please don't waste your money on this company

We needed the roof re-slated quickly due to a bad leak. The Job was done quickly and on date agreed, in the week before Christmas. Excellent service.
