Cleaned my ring perfectly and for a very reasonable price, it looks new again. The owner was really helpful and kind, helping me get my large pushchair in and out of the shop and the ring was done far quicker than estimated. Will definitely be taking more jewellery there for cleaning!

Had to pick up repaired jewelry and was stunned with the asking cost. The owner said "you did not ask for an estimated cost", I said that he should run the business with transparency. He reacted angry and ripped back the items repaired because I was not happy with the asking price. I couldn't believe he did that Then furiously he reply "you should bin them, worth nothing '. ZZZERO customer service, he doesn't deserve any star for such behaviour

I had a couple of existing stones which I wanted to be made into a newly designed Engagement Ring ..Darren said he knew what style I wanted as I was unsure..and he was 100% right with the end result. I could not be happier. This is a family owned business on our High Street worth supporting. I would recommend Darren and will be using his services in the near future.

Went to purchase a necklace. Only open 10-2. Website needs updating. I also left a message the day before but didn't receive a response. Won't be using shop!!
