oh my goodness, glass of water spilled on a laptop disaster has been remedied - in one day and at a reasonable price and by a local company. Matthew really saved the day - he recommended the best course of action, helped source a replacement AND then transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one. All for a fixed fee. Its like it never happened. Service have been second to none and I highly recommend @ Work Computers

Thank goodness .. When recently backing up 1000s of photographs there were issues with the external hard drives purchased as a result 3 years of pictures just disappeared from my laptop and it appeared they may have inadvertently been deleted but the recycle bin was empty A call to Matthew @Work Computers was needed. Within an hour Matthew had removed the hard drive and soon established that mysteriously the folders had transferred to my Music folder he transferred them to the correct position but they could not be seen. Further checks revealed an internal data link had broken and was soon rectified . The laptop returned in full order and all operating correctly . A great result and great service

An extremely satisfactory experience. An upgrade with additional work all completed with proffesionalism at a fair price.For an "oldun" change does not come easily but with a clear explanation and a couple of follow up queries, communication could not have been better. Once a customer you wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.
