Yorkshire Media created a fabulous booklet for us with a fairly minimal brief from me. They were very sensitive to my requirements to stay on brand with colours, fonts and photos. The end result exceeded my expectations and I'm proud to hand this out to clients, prospects and in the community.

I've been a sole trader & business owner for the last 6 years, Yorkshire Media was the firm I commissioned when I first got started and I've recently been back to them to update my online profile in line with the growth I've experienced since then. Firstly as someone who works alone it feels really comforting to have access when you need to a team of support, they're a professional team with various specialisms, most of which I've needed access to, they're very easy to deal with, & very compassionate to my unique business needs. I completely trust the company to provide me with a consistent & professional looking digital footprint, something people often comment on when new business is generated. My recent expansion has included an online school which they've helped me to link in and automate with my main footprint. I've always received honest & experienced advice & guidance and have recommended many businesses to them already. I would describe them as safe hands for your business, something that's important to know & seek in our current climate. Claire Walker, Founder of Intuitive You

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Lynne and her team. They did not properly deliver the service they had promised and a year later, I am still experiencing technical issues with my website. It seems their main concern was to receive payment for their poor service rather than ensuring a satisfied customer. In response to your negative response to my comments, I would like to inform you that I have received confirmation from two commendable website designers that there is a serious technical issue with the management of my site using Wordpress, that still continues today. Could you tell me why you did not alert me to the fact that the DiviBuilder had expired in February 2018? It certainly seems likely that you did pick it up and didn't tell me as in one of your emails, you informed me that you had updated the meta description. I am very disappointed that you didn't advise me of the issue and give me the opportunity to update it myself as this is my responsibility as the business owner and I could also have requested the necessary login information from the website builder last year. My concerns about the lack of reach on Google were therefore well founded as I have been advised that the fact that the metadiscription and key phrase for each page cannot be updated has had a detrimental effect on the algorithms and hence my reach on google searches by the public. I accept that you did complete some of the tasks that you had agreed to carry out on my website at the start, but you asked for payment before they were all completed satisfactorily. It was therefore necessary for me to ask for this work to be done which coincided with my dad being taken seriously ill at his home in Florida and visiting him over Christmas. Also, sadly, in January, my partner collapsed and passed away two weeks later. So it has been a difficult year for me. Regarding your attempt to take me to court for non payment, I was prepared to mediate and offer you part payment for the work that you did complete as per our agreement. However, you chose to reject mediation and take me to court so I had little choice but to make the full payment to you. I have decided it is too late now to pursue the original website builder for the necessary log in information and instead employ a reliable website designer to build a completely new website for my business.
