I highly recommend going to see Nicole if youre having any digestive issues. I underwent two colonics as well as being guided through a 7 day cleanse. It was my first ever colonic so I was nervous but Nicole was very calming and I felt completely relaxed during the treatment. Afterwards if it was the first time I had not felt bloated in as long as I can remember. I could not have completed the cleanse without her help, she was incredibly supportive throughout. Nicoles knowledge, demeanour and professionalism from the first moment I met her were outstanding and I am still reaping the benefits 3 months later.

Ive completed a 5 day lifestyle cleanse from Nicole at The Bodyworks Practice. I had clay and husk drinks 4 times a day, vegetable juice and supplements. It felt like an achievement when the 5 days were over and the pineapple I ate to break my fast on day 6 tasted amazing! The cleanse has helped curb my sugar cravings and made me think twice about the rubbish I was putting into my body. I lost 5.5lb and 10 days later that weight is still gone. Nicole went through my health and made personalised suggestions and a herb tincture for me. I would definitely do another cleanse on the future. Thanks Nicole.

Bodyworks fit me in for a last minute appointment (within hours of me calling!) They have great service and i was seen promptly. Ian, my massage therapist, was very knowledgeable and helpful with my back pain! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
