District nurses dont tell you when they come round so you always feel on edge that they will show up. But even then, they dont show up for over a week with a wound that is getting infected due to the lack of duty of care, ridiculous. When i called and asked where theyd been, the receptionist just said hell pass on the message and still no nurses turned up for days. now there fobbing me off to a treatment room not even local to me, baring in mind i cant walk whatsoever to even get in the car properly. ridiculous

Doesn't open before 8-30 am despite a number of patients having appointments for 8-30. As a result chaos breaks out and all following appointments tend to be between 5 and 15 minutes late. With the current restrictions in place this also means people are left standing outside, generally in the rain, before they can enter the building. Badly under staffed with those working there having to do half a dozen other jobs, this isn't a criticism of the staff themselves but our wonderful NHS service.
