After receiving an email outlining my bill had increased by over 400 from the previous statement, only two weeks before, I made contact with Affect to be told they had no idea how this had occurred and would need to look into the matter. Three weeks later and I am still awaiting an explanation! This is now the third time I have had an issue with my billing and its becoming extremely stressful.

Actually I had visited the Riverside Business Centre last week. Although this centre is not a new built, the environment is so good as there is an open space facing River Adur. It is a good place to visit especially when you would like to have a leisure walk and enjoy the nice view !!

I switched to Affect in 2017 and my fixed tariff has just come to an end. I looked at switching again and could have saved a bit of money but decided to stay and fix again until June 2018. I echo what many other people have said. Although I have had no direct dealings (no reason to phone) everything has been straightforward and I have had no problems whatsoever. I get an e-mail reminder to send my meter readings and the website is very easy to use and has all the information you could want. Here's to another hassle free year. Keep it up Affect. Good work!

Do not trust them they advert a tariff but they charge you a different one!!! On money supermarket they offer on my post code: day unit 15.178p and night unit 5.796. before to swoop I have called and they said that I will pay day unit 16.59 and night 8.47!!!! Its cheaper EDF!!!!
