        Really terrible communication in my experience. You practically have to book holiday from work to dedicate days trying to get to a basic level of care in terms of an appointment. Also seem still to be outright against getting back to face to face appointments even with issues that clearly need more than photos and a phone explanation. It's quite emotionally draining being a patient at this practice

        Awful surgery. The reception staff are rude and unfriendly and if you try to make a complaint the doctors will also be rude and unfriendly. Its the worst GP experience Ive had in 40 years.

        Receptionist is very unfriendly and rude, youd expect a friendly service but this is not what we got and the man in front of us was spoken to very rudely as well. Apart from this doctors are great.
