Manor Dental Care

Horrendous! I have been a patient at manor dental for many years and I am currently undergoing Invisalign there. Ive never had any problems until Thursday when I had a hygienist appointment. The woman was rude and patronising from the start. I was specifically booked in by the dentist a week before to remove glue left over from Invisalign. She told me it wasnt her job to do that and the dentist shouldve done it. Other than being rude and condescending throughout she caused so much damage to my gums and teeth I was left dripping in blood. At one point I pointed out I had veneers as she seemed like she was trying to pull them off. She responded I know. Ive done this job many years I know what veneers look like. She seemed hell bent on causing as much pain and bleeding as possible. Ive also just noticed the review below which shows this seems to be a regular practice for her. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. When I swilled my mouth out at the end all that came out was blood. Kate Cooper

Ive been with Manor for a number of years now and received nothing but the best treatment, advice and support. Reception staff are efficient and courteous and the dental technicians and hygienists provide the best possible care. Its a very personal and caring environment and I can recommend this business without hesitation. Thanks Team
