I would like to highly recommend Rachel at Mama Chiro. I contacted her as I was suffering long standing back and neck pain. Rachel has made such a difference to my mobility and level of comfort and I have seen a huge improvement. Rachel is clearly very knowledgeable and keeps you informed the whole way through treatment which really helps. I am very impressed with my treatment for back and neck pain by Rachel , when I first attended the clinic my mobility was greatly reduced, now I am pain free and able to exercise again, lifting heavy weight at the gym. Rachel explained the treatment plan, exercises and was relaxed and professional at all of my appointments, Now I am a regular clients because I discovered that it improve my mobility and my posture. I came to see Rachel during my second pregnancy for SPD that had severely affected my mobility in my first pragnancy. Well all I can say is I wish I found Rachel when pregnant with my first!! She managed my expectations well i appreciated she may not "cure" my SPD but she advised she could do something. Reality was for me the SPD remained, however, it was a mild annoyance compared to the pain and mobility issues from my previous pregnancy. In addition to that and for me what made Rachel absolutly stand out compared to any other practitioner I've seen was her manner and approach, I loved how she not only treated me with respect and compassion but she also treated my unborn child with the same care often talking to him as she worked on us! Any adjustments or treatments she administered were gentle but really worked, I would often leave my appointments with baby in a much better position and me able to breath!! She helped prepare my body for his arrival and helped me to rationally consider options when my birthplans changed. I have continued to see Rachel post partum and have taken my newborn son for treatment too and it's truly wonderful we both trust her and feel relaxed and safe in her hands. I really believe all pregnant women should have chiropractic care during their pregnancies and you really can't find better care than with Rachel!!
