Rude, horrible customer service!
Not entirely sure they've even done the clutch on the car!
As we've since had another mechanic look at it to do the timing belt & they're certain it hasn't been done properly or even atall, as we still have the same noise we had before!
Also to laugh in a customers face after we said we tried to google the problem to give us some idea of what we're dealing with, is just disgusting, we're not the machanics youre supposed to be! & after we've spent over a 1000 with you!!!
& don't send the same generated message back about 'sorry we cant find your booking number!' It's a black ford focus & I can get you the booking number if you'd like?!
