We chose Black Out Blinds with Cassette & Side Tracks for both bedrooms, these work brilliantly and block out all the light in the evenings.
The Venetian Blinds for our flat look fantastic, we chose the colour Batik for these and love it! We've never installed Venetian blinds before but they were actually really simple to install. All the screws and wall plugs provided worked perfectly.
Customer service with The Blind Shop has been great, thank you Justin! All our questions were answered and everything we needed was delivered promptly.

Well, luckily for us we found The Blind Shop! They explicitly said on their website that you could just email them if you had questions or needed help; The online equivalent of asking the shop assistant for guidance when in a physical shop.
Thus we sent an email with a picture of our window and got a fast response, the advice we needed and only about a week later: the blinds we really wanted.
Summary of awesomeness:
* Samples were easy to request, free and arrived fast and in really nice looking packaging with guidance and information.
* The email inbox was definitely monitored and responses were quick, friendly and helpful.
* The blinds were really pretty and everything feels like good quality.
* The price was good (it only cost a bit more to get three linked blinds than we would have paid for a single large blind at one of the on TV advertising DIY blind outlets).
* It was an altogether pleasant experience and Justin is now "my blinds guy" :-)
