        Really impressed with this team. I bought my (stunning) TCR from a different shop (a fair distance away) but they could not be more helpful in making sure my bike works perfectly.

        Outstanding customer service. The staff, in particular, Tim, are extremely helpful and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I live in Central Scotland and purchased an e-bike from Giant, Shoreham. It was delivered within a few days and was extremely well packaged. However, within a few weeks my bike developed a fault. This issue was quickly rectified. It would be nice if there were more helpful and considerate people like Tim and his colleagues in this world. I highly recommend this store and wouldnt hesitate to use again.
