I recently purchased 1,400 worth of gels from The Gelbottle Inc just before Xmas and then a week later they had a sale on for 40% off. I contacted them to ask if they would refund the difference rather than going through the hassle of me returning the item, them processing the transaction, re-buying etc. They were very unhelpful and refused the request of a good will gesture to a customer who has just spent over 1,000 with them. Very disappointing.

I was in love in TGB for last years but unfortunately after a few time's I realised lamps are losing too fast power( coats are not properly dry even after 2min- 1 min should be enough). So that's mean every 2 mouths i was needed to change the lamp .. I waste 4 times my money antil I realised its not me it's lamp. Also top coats & bases are less quality . Before this opinion I was trying many other things as I do nails 8 year's. I'm sure it's products & lamps not technique.

The colors are amazing but over the last one year, the colors are becoming more runny and less pigmented. If it continues like how it is currently, then I will have to use OPI. TGB used to be very good and I could not praise you more but whats going on recently? Please go back to how it was and dont compromise on the quality now you are a global brand.
