Overall good experience. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Met with one employee whos heart clearly wasnt in the job as she was signing along to music playing out of her laptop speakers. Worth noting they dont accept American Express which is hugely disappointing considering the amount youll spend here. I was told my car would be cleaned during the service, but sadly this was not the case. Other than that, service appears to be thorough and it was an easy process dropping off and picking up.

We went to have the maintenance service last week, the service was ok, the reason I rated 3 stars was because the lady who hosted us knows literally nothing about the car and when we ask questions like how to adjust the setting in the car, or how does warranty works, she literally know nothing - it was ok, but she didnt even want to help us and told us no one else is available to answer our question. Throughout the whole time she was very impatience and just wanted us to pay so she can finish the work - we feel disrespectful as a customer. After several attempt, the other staff Mitch finally came and answered our question, and he was very helpful and friendly. We thank him a lot. But because of the lady, we wasted quite a lot of energy and time, the experience was quite unpleasant. We might consider to go to other service center next time.
