I recently asked Robin to act for me in finding a tenant for my rental property. He was very clear about costs from the outset and the price he quoted for me was very competitive considering the level of service he offered. Robin took care of all the advertising for the flat and conducted all the viewings. Communication was excellent and he kept me updated throughout the process. All enquiries from me were responded to very quickly and Robin was always available to offer me advice on the process. I was very happy with the rent achieved and how smoothly and stress-free the process went. I will certainly use Robins services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or rent property.

Robin proved to be the most helpful estate agent I have ever came across! He not only achieved over the asking price for my flat, but guided me through the whole process and made the journey a very pleasant experience. Cannot recommend him enough!
