        I have been renting an apartment from Penhurst properties since 2016. We always had a respectful and mutually rewarding relationship. I have kept my part of the deal of being a good tenant; respectful of the flat, mindful of my requests, and never late on payments, and they have reciprocated with attentive service to my needs regarding anything in the flat & beyond. They have a responsive and caring team across all functions, let it be field/maintenance operators or directors and portfolio managers. Having been here for 6 years I got to know most of the team and I can say that I am very happy with each of them.

        From the first viewing to picking up the keys, the staff have been so helpful and happy to accomodate my requests. They are courteous, polite and are only too happy to help.

        I leased a flat from Penhurst for 2 years and they were always really great to deal with. They are quick to action any issues, very considerate of tenants requirements and take care in their overall relationship management. Would recommend them and use again in the future.
