LONDEX PROPERTY: Had to live amongst mice running round the building for months and even found one dead in the freezer one evening when going to get an ice lolly. Despite recommendation of a wire mesh to stop the mice, Londex used foam (that the mice chewed through) and refused to pay for any more work being done because of the state of the flat. Meaning that the clean tenants (myself) were penalised. Any time you ask to get anything fixed (plug stuck in drain, bin lid broke meaning flies accumulated in the bin) it would take days/weeks to fix. Landlords very unprofessional and accuse you of not following COVID restrictions. Despite being advertised and promised to be a professional household - a very loud and disruptive student tenant moved into the room next to me which massively impacted my mental health due to lack of sleep and respect, especially since the walls are so thin. This was because they could not find anyone to vacate the room and were desperate for money and to move someone in as soon as possible as the room was empty. Seems like they have something to say about everything and just like to rinse people of their money and save money any way possible. Steer clear.
