        Jake is a fantastic trainer, cannot recommend enough! From providing a bespoke training programme, nutrition advice and being flexible with my chaotic timings I smashed my goals with expert tutelage and I had no idea what I was doing at the start!! 10/10!!

        I have been seeing Jake since mid December and I am very happy with the progress Ive made! One of the best trainers out there. Hes knowledgable, professional, personable, funny and motivates me to carry on in my fitness journey (and not give in to the doughnuts!) I am liking the definition and new changes to my body already and I am looking forward to more improvements. Coming from one who loves food and despises the gym- I have found a great happy medium with Jake at Fit Collective. Highly recommend!
