Platinum Training

I can honestly say I rally enjoy my weekly sessions with Nick and specifically come into the office just to take part in his sessions. He keeps the sessions varied, targets problem areas, pushes you and we have a laugh while doing so! Highly recommend Nick and I'm already looking forward to our next session!

Nick is an experienced trainer helped me regain my focus on my health and fitness. I really enjoyed all of my training sessions with both Nick and Nick. Training outside was new to me but I really liked it, even in winter! I always felt comfortable and motivated to go the extra mile. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel fitter, stronger and more confident.

Nick has been my PT for about 6 months now and has been fantastic. Sessions are intense, around 40 minutes (so can be there and back in an hr) and he keeps me motivated throughout. Highly recommended!

Nick is an incredible trainer! I started training with him feeling very weak and needed to build strength. He managed to increase my strength and fitness in a matter of weeks. Our sessions are hard yet enjoyable and he motivates you to do your best without exhausting you. I leave his sessions feeling happy with my progress and so excited for the next session. Nick himself is a delight to work with and someone I have built a friendship with during my fitness journey. Thank you for everything Nick!

I started training with Nick after coming out of the last lockdown at a time when I was feeling extremely unfit, towards the end of April. I must say that Nick is by far the best I have trained with. He is not only my trainer but he has also become a very good friend in my fitness journey. I am 3 months into my training and I can see a big difference in my fitness levels compared to what I was when I started. I am now so much fitter and stronger - thanks to Nick! I have in fact renewed my sessions with Nick for another 3 months because he fully understands what works best for me and he customises my workouts accordingly. Every single session is more intense than the previous one and Nick truly pushes you to go as far as you can. However, at the end of every workout session I walk out of the gym with a great sense of achievement. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get fit to go for Platinum Training.
