Miserable and rude receptionist, the smell of s*** as we entered the NHS corridor and simply disgusting food. Avoid this place at all costs

Not enough staff, filthy room. Water jug full, but no cup/glass for him to use. Bathroom floor even worse. Holes in the wall, wardrobe falling to pieces. Our friends lunch arrived with filthy used cutlery, we had to wash it before he could use it. Clean and tidy Reception with visitors toilet kept spotless, but vulnerable residents rooms are not. This is not what is expected from Bupa and requires investigation/training,

I apply job from them and i was very happy to work near my house but am glad i did not go head with my application. Before i enjoy working for them as permanent when as agency, i worked grand flore staff was disgusting no maner keep showting in coridor disturbin the patients. When they explayining the dont know to explay they showt make you think you dont want ask them again them nothig again. They dont know how to treat patient

My grandfather was put in this carehome for 6 weeks respite as recommended by our social worker as the family had been caring for him for 10 years with no rest. So it was a little break. He was a beloved family member who was never the type to complain. Daughter and Granddaughter was very attentive to his needs and everything he needed. HE DIED IN THIS CAREHOME. WITH SORES OVER HIS HAND. HOW DID THE SORES GET THERE?! THE CORONAS REPORT CAME BACK AND HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE WAS EMPTY.
