        Ordered a present for a friend, and have had nothing delivered (Royal Mail has yet to even receive the order) nor any communication for over a week. Can't get hold of anyone at Alice and Blair, support emails all bounce - this is ridiculous!

        Cannot get hold of anyone - all emails to support and info accounts are bouncing. The tracking status on my parcel says that the Royal Mail has been "expecting to receive it from the sender" for nearly a week now. No response on social media or email, and no way to contact them by phone. Very frustrating!!!!
