        excellent team that is very friendly and helpful! best agents i have worked with in london so far! can only recommend each and everyone of them but like to highly recommend Jem Bayley for being an excellent lettings negotiator but also being a great person in general! update: Lousie Humphrey is an excellent property manager and very helpful. still pleased to be dealing and working with martin&co 3 years later
