    OUTSTANDING. We recently rebranded and had a new website built (from a template). Claire was outstanding. Always attentive. Quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are delighted with the website. Lisa Reid has been our account manager forever and remains the best account manager in the industry. The support crew (Jack/Sunny) are simply superb. Freya is great in suggesting methods to increase our performance, whether that be direct hits on our site or the all important google placing.

    We have been using Homeflow for a number of years now for our website and overall its been a smooth journey and we have never really encountered any issues (and on the rare occasions where we did, support was always very quick to assist and resolve! ) except for the most recent support case where my colleague Mercy was experiencing log in issues and repeatedly emailed support for help , however was met with silence and after approx. 5 attempts , was still no further forward (!) . Mercy finally had to escalate this matter in order to push for a response and had the fortune of getting in contact with Ryan Carpenter, who couldnt be more helpful!! Ryan went above and beyond to assist Mercy and even went so far as to help out on a Saturday when he wasnt working that day (as Mercy only works on Saturdays) . Thank you ever so much for your great support Ryan ! You really went the extra mile and redeemed any prior shortcomings of your company and allayed any dissatisfaction we felt! You truly deserve credit for your great work! Thanks again on behalf of Mercy and the company.
