Excellent service. Acquire staff were super responsive, efficient and courteous throughout the letting process. They were always available for advice as well. Highly recommended.

To save some time on your hunt for a property management company, heres a brief summary of my experience with Acquire. Profit before People appears to be their approach, so make sure your pockets are deep after any contracts are signed (contracts are signed fast and without warning of additional charges that may be incurred). Tardy replies to emails are the norm, Do you really need that fixed as a response when they finally do come to check out the issue (inoperative door handle), attempt to pass on every unreasonable costs to the tenant (yes, even a door handle). And finally enforcement of maximum legally allowed admin fees and charges. Even in a market as hot as this, they somehow manage to be more unhelpful and cut throat than other agencies!

Myself, my partner and our friend had reached out to Acquire in regards to a property that we instantly fell in love with based on the photos itself. Tamara who was fantastic in providing us information every step of the way had helped relieve al large amount of pressure off our shoulders as moving homes can be stressful. I believe Tamara did a great job in communicating with us. Once we had moved into the property, there were some areas of the home that needed TLC. Which we enquired about and asked if we could resolve some problems within the home that had come to light. We communicated back and forth with Vincent who very quickly replied to our emails (i would guess less then 10 minutes of sending). Vincent was brilliant in reassuring us all and made the conversation with the landlord seem so simple. For example we requested to paint and he notified us the same day, within the same hour if this was possible. Overall I rate Acquire Agents 5 stars based on all the above and just how amazing both Vincent and Tamara have been during the process of moving homes. If you ever happen to communicate with them in finding your next home, just know you are definitely in safe hands.
